Bespoke domiciliary care for vulnerable young adults in London

Our domiciliary care plans are designed to support vulnerable young adults between the ages of 16 and 18, while respecting their independence and lifestyles.

Sky Care Services' domiciliary care services start with a comprehensive care assessment, undertaken by one of our qualified assessors. This provides the foundation for a bespoke personal support plan, designed the match the needs and provide the support your loved one needs.

From here we will assign the care recipient a live-in carer. We endeavour to provide only one carer per recipient in order to provide them with a continuity of care and a real sense of companionship. They also benefit from the attention of a care manager, who is only a phone call away if the care recipient needs further support or somebody to talk to.

Do you only provide full-time domiciliary care support?

Sky Care Services treats each care recipient as an individual, with their own unique needs, preferences and routines. We are therefore able to tailor the packages accordingly – Some benefit from attentive round-the-clock care and support with daily activities, while others thrive with a few visits per week to see how they are doing and lend an ear with any issues they might have.

Who is your domiciliary care available to?

Sky Care Services Ltd's domiciliary care services are available to young adults between the ages of 16 and 18.
