Our service cover both supported living for adults over the age of 18 and live-in domiciliary care for those between the ages of 16 and 18.

Sky Care Solutions Ltd can provide bespoke live-in care for 16-18 year-olds. This offers vulnerable young people the additional support they need in a familiar environment, while allowing them to remain independent.
Our dedicated carers can be as present as is needed, all the way up to 24-hour live-in care. They are able to offer support with household tasks, medication management, emotional support, personal care, professional development and more.
